We aim to process and dispatch all orders within the timeframe stated on the product page or at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier conditions. MartUp is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from MartUp pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged or lost shipments.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Return shipping is covered by MartUp.
