You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. After 7 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the item is proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

MartUp covers the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or arrange a pickup at no charge to you. Please do not send your item back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, contact us at martup002@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and a description of the issue. We will arrange the exchange at no additional cost to you.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item. We will prioritize resolving the issue with a full refund, replacement, or exchange at our expense.
