Refund policy

At MartUp, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our process.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. After 7 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the item is proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact.
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Perishable goods or items with hygiene restrictions (e.g. personal care products that have been opened).

4. Return Shipping

MartUp covers the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or arrange a pickup at no charge to you. Please do not send your item back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If your return is rejected due to the item not meeting eligibility criteria, the item will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
  • Original shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank, then contact us at martup002@gmail.com.

6. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, contact us at martup002@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and a description of the issue. We will arrange the exchange at no additional cost to you.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at martup002@gmail.com or call us at 03274251355. Include your order number and clear photos of the item. We will prioritize resolving the issue with a full refund, replacement, or exchange at our expense.

8. How to Request a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at martup002@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request – [Your Order Number]".
  2. Include your full name, order number, and the reason for your return.
  3. Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  4. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a prepaid return label.
  5. Pack the item securely and hand it over to the courier as instructed.
