Thank you for shopping with MartUp. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy below for full details on how we handle deliveries across Pakistan.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all cities and regions across Pakistan, including major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, and more. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of Pakistan.
2. Shipping Charges
MartUp offers free shipping on all orders, nationwide. There are no hidden delivery charges — what you see at checkout is what you pay. This applies to all product types and all locations within Pakistan.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we aim to process and dispatch it within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location within Pakistan:
Major cities
2–4 business days
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.
Other cities & towns
4–7 business days
Remote or rural areas may take longer
These are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods such as public holidays or sale events.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at martup002@gmail.com.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, MartUp is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at martup002@gmail.com or call 03274251355 and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
7. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. MartUp is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at martup002@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
